Retail Commercial General Contractor Ferrara|Buist Builds Big Frog in Charlotte NC

Ferrara|Buist Design + Build Commercial General Contractors has been selected as the builder for the debut store opening of Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More in Charlotte!

“Yes, it’s true, the Big Frog is coming here to Charlotte,” said Ferrara|Buist managing partner David Buist.  “We are designing and building their first Charlotte franchise store off Johnston Road just north of I-485.  We have just started the store demolition process.”

Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More is a national franchise that offers 24-hour turnaround of custom t-shirt designs and screen printing.  In addition to t-shirts, Big Frog also prints mouse pads, aprons, bandannas, doggie T’s, infant and toddler T’s, and all types of adult T’s!

“The design and build of the Charlotte Big Frog store is focused on creating a fun and artistic environment in which they will quickly serve their customers,” added Buist.  “One of Big Frog’s largest offerings is the ability to easily work with schools, organizations, bands, sport teams, and non-profits in creating custom designs and logos for fund raising programs.”

Big Frog of Charlotte will open their location at 3429 Toringdon Way, Suite B-112, Charlotte, NC 28277 when construction is complete.  An exact grand opening date will soon be announced.

New Commercial Building from Commercial General Construction Company Ferrara|Buist in Charlotte Fort Mill Opens!

We at Ferrara|Buist are always happy when we complete a large design + build new construction or remodeling project.  And the new York County Humane Society building project was truly a labor of love for all of us!

The new shelter is a more suitable building for housing animals.  It offers large, well-equipped cages, a state-of-the-art air handling unit, improved sanitation, a laundry room, and many other much needed improvements.

Charlotte Design + Build Commercial General Contractor Completes Another New Construction Project

Ferrara|Buist is pleased to announce that we have completed the design + build construction project for the York County Humane Society building!

The new shelter will be a  more suitable building for housing animals.  It will also offer large, well-equipped cages, a state-of-the-art air handling unit, improved sanitation, a laundry room, and many other much needed improvements.

We are proud to have provided our design + build construction services to build this new facility.  The new building is located at 8177 Regent Parkway in Fort Mill, SC.
