Greater Charlotte commercial general contractor FerraraBuist is proud to announce that Big Apple Bagels of Tega Cay has hired our firm to build and construct the new Big Apple Bagels location.
“Big Apple Bagels of Tega Cay is owned by two former CMS teachers and Charlotte entrepreneurs,” said David Buist, managing partner with Ferrara|Buist. “Owners Debra Pope and Lisa Oberlin formed Oberlin-Pope Management, LLC, which will run the Big Apple Bagels franchise in Tega Cay.”
Big Apple Bagels Restaurant will offer freshly-baked bagels enhanced with our exclusive varieties of classic recipe cream cheese or made into a fresh breakfast or deli sandwich. Big Apple Bagels’ cake-like muffins are low in cholesterol and high in taste. They will also feature their own Brewster’s Coffee brand brewed coffee and specialty drinks. The Big Apple Bagels Restaurant in Tega will be open for breakfast and lunch hours, also offering catering and local delivery.
“The bagel restaurant will be located in the Stonecrest Shopping Center in Tega Cay,” added Buist. “This is the same regional shopping center where we recently completed the new restaurant construction for Carlos Cafe, a local Cuban restaurant staple.”
