What a great holiday and a wonderful start to 2012! The new year picked up where the old year left off for all of us here at Ferrara|Buist. We are busy with several key commercial general contracting projects.
First, we are moving along very well with the In-Focus Eyecare medical offices and vision suites expansion and upfit in Baxter Village in Fort Mill. In-Focus Eyecare owner Dr. Andrea Neff is selecting finishes and colors for the completion of the office expansion.
We are also working on plans with a major renovation for the Camp Cherokee Mess Hall with the York County
YMCA! This is an exciting project because we are going to “modernize” a building that was built in 1937 and make it functional for their needs today.
